Error codes

This annex defines the error codes that the API can return in each call and their meaning.

IMPORTANT

Not all errors will return an ErrorCode, we will gradually add all cases.

Error code list:

  • 5000: The client's identification document is required (DNI, NIF, Passport...).
  • 5001: The maximum daily sales amount has been exceeded for the indicated customer. In order to make the sale, the name of the client and the complete address must be indicated.
  • 5002: The maximum daily sales amount has been exceeded for the indicated customer, please contact the department indicated in the error message.
